    Frequently Asked Questions

    Who designs the stabilization mix?
The engineer of record and the laboratory mix design govern the additive, application rate and strength targets. We build to that design; the owner's testing agency performs the QC testing.
    How deep do you stabilize?
To the depth the project specifies. For example, the MU Walton Stadium Track & Soccer Upgrade called for soil stabilization to a 12-inch depth.
Can you dry out a wet site so earthwork can continue?
Yes. Lime or cement drying and modification can turn wet, unworkable subgrade into a usable working platform, so grading can continue after wet weather instead of waiting for soils to dry on their own.
Do you do full-depth reclamation for parking lots and roads?
Yes. Full-depth reclamation (FDR) pulverizes the existing asphalt and base in place, blends in a stabilizing additive where specified, and leaves a new base ready for paving on parking lots and roadways.
    What area do you serve?
Missouri and Illinois, centered on St. Louis, from our office at 854 Lone Star Drive in O'Fallon, MO.
How quickly will you respond to a bid request?
We reply within one business day. You can also call (636) 978-3478, Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm.
